**About the role**

As an Initiatives Specialist at ahm, you will support and drive the improvement of planning, delivery and embedding of initiatives across the company in conjunction with other members of the Initiative Delivery team.

Leveraging your strengths in organisation and communication, you’ll develop and maintain a consolidated view of initiatives to allow the business to forward plan ahm’s roadmap.

How will you do this?
- Work with key stakeholders from Squads and Functions to captures current state and future state business objectives for translation into the ahm roadmap.
- Actively manage ahm roadmap backlog, working with business owners and ahm LT to prioritise initiatives.
- Ensure initiative business owners are informed of progress and any risks to delivery.
- Engage with key stakeholders from across the business to identify initiative impacts and operational considerations.

This role gives the opportunity to understand and communicate ahm’s direction, ensuring the people that are involved or impacted are engaged and effective.
