**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolve the enquiries in an accurate, cost effective and timely manner.
- Assist the Employee Relations Team in reviewing and maintaining People and Culture policies and procedures to ensure best practice and compliance with industrial obligations.
- Assist the Employee Relations Team in implementing enterprise agreements including internal stakeholders (line management, Payroll and IT).
- Gain respect as an approachable, courteous and informed HR professional within Monash Health.

**Your qualifications, skills and experience**:

- Undergraduate Degree in Law or Human Resources with an interest in employee relations
- Current motor vehicle driver’s licence
