We seek a customer service champion to provide our valued guests with elite service as Automotive Service Advisor. The impression of our business depends on your friendliness and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a smart and trustworthy individual that has a passion to play a major role in the overall success of the entire department.

Key Job Function & Accountabilities

  • Liaising between customers and service technicians, you will be responsible for estimating costs and work times and ensuring our customers are kept up to date at every stage of the servicing process.

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and drive-ins to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers by delivering high customer satisfaction.

  • Communicate estimated completion times, regular updates and follow through on each customer vehicle.

  • Follow up with the customer on service and ensure complete satisfaction with the work performed.

  • Work closely with the Senior Service Manager to achieve company objectives.

  • Current driver's license is essential
