**The Role**
We are seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to join our team and support our growing international clinical workforce. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end relocation process for our employees and their families, from pre-assignment planning to relocation.
Working closely with the key stakeholders & external vendors and business partners, you will provide guidance and advice on compliance, policy, best practices to ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone involved.
The Global Mobility Specialist also supports the development and implementation of global mobility policies, processes, and best practices, hence this role requires strong knowledge and working experience in global mobility, developing and executing policies with the ability to navigate complex international regulations.
**As a Global Mobility Specialist your k**ey duties include**:
- Ensuring a positive & seamless employee experience throughout the recruitment process
- Managing and coordinating the end-to-end process of global mobility assignments, including pre-assignment planning, immigration & compliance, relocation, compensation & benefits, and onboarding processes.
- Liaising & collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure we provide new employees with adequate orientation, training & support to help them adjust to our organisational culture & values.
- Providing guidance and support to employees and managers regarding global mobility policies, processes, and requirements such as sponsorship terms & conditions, relocation benefits, accommodation and cultural adaptation.
- Developing and networking with local regional community organisations being cognisant of our inbound employees cultural backgrounds and needs.
- Ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations throughout the process in collaboration with external immigration specialists.
- Monitoring and tracking the status and progress of global mobility cases, ensuring timely and accurate communication with employees and stakeholders throughout the process.
- Developing global mobility policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience with a minimum of 5 years as a Global Mobility Specialist or similar role, managing global mobility programs and assignments.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, business administration, international relations
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity, with an understanding of the diverse needs and expectations of the employees and their families
- Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple assignments and prioritise work effectively.
- Ability to navigate complex international regulations and work with external immigration specialists.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with changes in global mobility regulations and best practices. Fluency in English
