**About the role**:
Our Talent Acquisition Team is responsible for the recruitment of our high-performing employees across NSW & ACT. Attracting skilled talent for our organisation our success is from listening and responding to the needs of our stakeholders whilst ensuring a positive experience for our new employees.

Your portfolio will be a mixture of Office based roles and Clinical positions in our Aged Care facilities across NSW / ACT.

We are offering this role as a 12 month fixed opportunity, full-time, Monday to Friday.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Managing your portfolio from end-to-end across all facets of recruitment, including attraction, screening, interviewing, conducting pre-employment medicals, issuing contracts and onboarding.
- Connecting with top talent through networks, headhunting, and direct search methodologies utilising Linkedin, Seek talent search, networking, referrals, industry events etc
- Working with you key stakeholders in the business to understand their needs
- To monitor on a daily basis your own personal productivity and to ensure your activities for the day are being maximised
- Covering the current TA’s portfolios when on leave

**Qualifications**
- Min 2-years recruitment experience ideally within Health or Aged Care
- A degree level qualification
- Strong database / computer skills
- Highly motivated and someone who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers
- Adaptable and agile, with the ability to prioritise
- Hard working and can do attitude
- Great people / communication skills (written & verbal) with confident phone manner
- Hard-working, energetic and focused with a drive to succeed
- Ability to travel to our Head Office in Epping
