We are on the hunt for our next **Senior Health Safety Advisor** to join our vibrant and energetic team full-time at our head office in Epping, Melbourne.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with management and the CFO to increase efficiency and profitability across the company. This role provides a great opportunity for you to drive strategic initiatives and make your mark by analysing our organisation’s key financial drivers, provide insights, and manage audits with our business partners.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support Strategic Business Transformation initiatives to increase efficiency and profitability.
- Integrated reporting - building critical financial and non financial reporting across the company
- Prepare budgets and forecast reports.
- Analyse financial and operational results to improve company performance.
- Review and ensure compliance with internal controls, systems, and processes.
- Reconcile balance sheets and oversee accurate audit reporting.
- Provide insights to management around financial modelling, forecasts, and profitability

**Requirements**:

- Exposure to audits, budgets, and forecasting
- In-depth understanding of internal controls, systems, and processes
- Experience in balance sheet reconciliation
- Exposure to business transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel (experience with BI reporting tools highly regarded)
- Strong communication skills to articulate financial insights to management.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or CFA

**Benefits**:
You will receive an attractive salary of circa $100,000 - $130,000 (commensurate with experience) PLUS super
