Sales Support Administrator

Our client based in Condell Park is currently looking for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to assist both the sales support team and external sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
**About the role**:
- Entry and electronic filing of customer purchase orders
- Monitor customer credit limits and raise credit note
- Liase with clients regarding forecasting
- Generate pick lists
- Enter customer complaints and chase customer for the minimum information for them to be processed
- Data entry
- Miscellaneous office tasks as and when required
**About you**:
- Excellent customer engagement skills with a proven ability to build relations to benefit business.
- Strong attention to detail and Accuracy and speed of data entry.
- Previous Sale/ customer service experience
- Highly self-motivated & able to work under pressure to meet targets and deadlines
- team player (working with stakeholders on a daily basis)
