About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to become a vital contributor to patient care within our Outpatient Services team. As an administrative professional, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of specialist medical, women's health, and allied health clinics. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure patients and their families receive compassionate, efficient service from their first point of contact. In addition to frontline service, your expertise in Medicare billing and revenue collection will be essential in maintaining financial accuracy and resolving discrepancies. What You'll be Doing

To provide high quality administrative support and customer service for all users of the Outpatients Department/Service as well as provide support to various Outpatient areas within Bankstown Hospital.
