**About the company**:
As an Agile Team Facilitator, you'll be a catalyst for Agile adoption, fostering a culture of efficiency, communication, and continuous improvement. If you're an experienced Scrum Master who has management experience, our client is currently seeking a Manager, Assistant Director and Director to join their busy team to help lead, manage and deliver programs administered by the agency.

**About the role**:
As an Agile Team Facilitator, you will:

- Build the team's knowledge of Agile values, principles, and techniques, and guide them in the effective use of Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with the team to develop a mutually agreed social contract, outlining team behaviours, practices, and Agile process rules.
- Plan and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Assist the Product Owner in reviewing and refining the product backlog, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
- Anticipate and address blockers/impediments that the team may encounter, enabling them to stay focused on their goals.
- Negotiate with product owners and stakeholders to protect the team from external influences impacting their goals

**About you**:

- Utilise Agile methodologies to enhance team performance.
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, using strong presentation skills and tools.
- Anticipate and resolve problems.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Work independently and collaboratively.
- Manage conflict using appropriate strategies
