**Scrum Master Opportunity**
- 100% Scrum Master
- Leading financial institution in Sydney CBD.
- $950/Day 9-month Contract Role, Hybrid Workplace

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring team members are briefed and have the requirements and the information they need to create a solution, execute on it, and are enabled to deliver on time and to best practice
- Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects
- Coach, drive and facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, planning
- Facilitate estimation and planning sessions with the team, working closely with the team to accurately estimate effort and timings
- Manage team tracking metrics, to provide accurate reconciliation and forecasting models ensuring the team’s progress and successes are highly visible to all stakeholders, including the team itself

**The Requirements**
- 5+ years’ experience working within IT Project Delivery
- Financial Services experience
- Infrastructure and Technically focussed Scrum Master.
- Agile experience - led Scrum Teams
- Experience managing dependencies across multiple streams in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
- An enthusiastic and energetic servant leader who is able to motivate, empower and coach teams to achieve ambitious goals
- Influencing and facilitation to achieve desired outcomes in a clear, transparent and mindful way
- First class facilitation, coaching, mentoring, teaching and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder & relationship management skills
- Strong written and verbal communicator
