**Role**:
As a Digital MarTech Analyst you will be responsible for a wide range of analytics activities to help establish successful communication and marketing strategies. Your role involves end-to-end campaign analysis, development of critical reporting, planning and data insight. You will work closely with important stakeholders, technical teams, and developers.

This opportunity is focused on implementing, supporting and growing martech digital capability across the end-to-end value chain. From data capture and tagging through to segmentation and personalisation, and includes a focus on advocating best practice and usage adoption across the wider digital and marketing community.

**A day in the life of**:

- Maintain and expand the implementation of the digital martech ecosystem (Adobe Launch, Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, RT-CDP, Paid Media integrations, event forwarding, and client-side and server-side tagging)
- Work closely with key stakeholders responsible for different components of the wider martech and data ecosystems to define, prioritise, sequence and deliver end-to-end solutions
- Challenge peers to incorporate best of breed capabilities and end-to-end personalisation and analytics solutions into marketing plans, roadmaps and campaigns
- Maintain and enhance internal standards covering the implementation and use of martech digital systems

**Skills needed on day one, in a nutshell**:

- Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Target, including implementation experience
- Good experience with Adobe Audience Manager or any DMP, and an understanding of how they work
- Extensive hands-on experience with tagging, javascript, and a tag manager platform (Adobe Launch preferred)
- Demonstrable experience analysing sales conversion funnels, identifying and quantifying uplift opportunities, ability to communicate findings and influence stakeholders to act, and measure/validate the success of implemented changes
- Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills using Excel (Advanced) and SQL (using relational databases), and the ability to provide action-oriented recommendations
- Experience integrating and aggregating data from disparate sources to uncover insights
- Natural communicator, ability to convey complex insights to a non-technical audience
