Your Role

As a Digital Data & Martech Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making across Flybuys' digital ecosystem. This role is primarily focused on digital data analytics (80%) with a supporting component in marketing technology (20%).

You will work across a variety of platforms and teams to ensure high-quality data capture, enable actionable insights, and support personalised digital experiences.

  • Design, build, and maintain robust SQL queries and data pipelines in Snowflake to support digital analytics and reporting.
  • Ensure data quality, completeness, and timeliness across web and app platforms.
  • Collaborate with data platform teams and developers to ensure digital data is structured and accessible for downstream analytics and reporting.
  • Analyse user behaviour across digital assets (web, app) to uncover insights that drive product and marketing decisions.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
  • Support campaign performance analysis and optimisation recommendations
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to support identity resolution, segmentation, and personalisation strategies.
  • Contribute to the configuration and maintenance of digital analytics and MarTech platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics, GA360).
  • Support the integration of digital data with external media platforms (e.g., Google, Meta) for audience activation and measurement.

Your Experience

  • Demonstrated SQL skills and experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
  • Strong experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics or a similar product analytics tool.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights and visualisations using tools like Power BI or similar.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineers, developers, marketers, and product managers.
  • Understanding of digital identity management, customer journey analytics, and audience segmentation.
  • Familiarity with MarTech platforms and concepts such as CDPs, tag management, and data governance.
