**Job Description** Are you obsessed with clean data, seamless tracking, and translating analytics into action?**
We’re on the hunt for a **Digital Analyst** who lives and breathes **GA4, GTM, and digital optimisation**. If you’re a technical thinker with a strategic mindset and a love for solving complex tagging challenges, this is your moment.
This is a **12-month max-term contract** role with the opportunity to make a real impact and lead mission-critical digital measurement initiatives.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Lead the **end-to-end implementation** and enhancement of **Google Analytics 4 (GA4)** and **Google Tag Manager (GTM)** setups—including server-side tagging.
- Translate business needs into **technical tracking specifications** and digital measurement strategies.
- Build and manage advanced **data layers**, ecommerce tracking, cross-domain tracking, and user ID frameworks.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, data, and engineering teams to deliver clean, reliable, and actionable data.
- Troubleshoot and optimise existing implementations using **JavaScript, HTML**, and browser dev tools.
- Build and refine **data models** and **marketing spend analysis** using SQL, BigQuery, and data exported from GA or GSC.
- Provide actionable insights that drive **ROI-positive digital marketing** efforts.
- Keep us ahead of the curve on the latest **adtech, martech, and privacy** innovations.
**Qualifications** You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have**:
- ** Extensive experience** in digital analytics, implementation, or technical marketing roles.
- Expert-level skills in **GTM** and **GA4**, including **server-side tagging**, ecommerce, and advanced configuration.
- A strong grasp of **JavaScript & HTML** for debugging and troubleshooting tag issues.
- Solid **SQL and BigQuery** skills for working with raw analytics data.
- Knowledge of **ad platforms and APIs**, especially **Google Ads and Meta Ads**.
- A strategic mindset and **outstanding communication skills**—you can bridge technical and non-technical teams with ease.
- A self-starter attitude—you’re comfortable with **ambiguity**, take initiative, and thrive working **autonomously**.
