* About the role: * You will be responsible for creating designs to enhance the user experience to meet their needs, address the technical feasibility and address the business goals. You will be working closely with stakeholders across the business to understand the customer vision and business requirements to translate into the digital experience. * Skills/experience required: * - Demonstrated ability to analyse customer research findings to visualise innovative customer-focused solutions that are desirable for end-users, technologically feasible and meet business objectives gained in an eCommerce and business process engineering context * Ability to communicate and deliver UX design concepts to internal and external stakeholders * Extensive hands-on experience with digital design tools such as Adobe Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma or Sketch * Proficient in prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe XD, etc. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills * Experience running design thinking workshops leveraging technologies such as Miro * Comprehensive knowledge of modern HTML and CSS, including pre-processors (SCSS, LESS) * Good understanding of the desktop, web, mobile accessibility and standards, common UI patterns and usability best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA, compliant front-end code and styles) * Understanding of Agile values and principles **Desired Skills**: - Hands-on development experience, preferably in Angular / Node * Experience in unit testing, test automation, and continuous integration * Experience with Inuit or the BEM architecture will be looked upon highly * SAP Spartacus experience is a big plus * Our Culture: * **What’s most important at FAIR?** We live and breathe our core values of honesty, integrity, transparency and loyalty **What drives us?** Our passion for IT innovation and delivering quality customer outcomes **How do we operate?** We’re collaborative, proactive and supportive **What do we look for?** Ambition and drive in outstanding individuals who have chosen their professions out of interest and joy before anything else If this resonates with you, we should be talking Although it is important that you have the experience and background that will set you up for success in your role, we will look beyond isolated skill sets; our culture is our key to success. **About Us** FAIR is a boutique consulting firm that partners with iconic Australian brands to create digital experiences.
