**ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND THE ROLE**

Our client is an industry leading online marketplace. Due to a strong growth trajectory, they require a creative and passionate UX/UI Designer.

You will champion the CRO across the business and be responsible for the developing the user experience flows.

You will work closely with the product, strategy teams and developers to develop cohesive experiences throughout the marketplace brands and products.

**KEY RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Define and create UX concepts based on an understanding of the business/product requirements and end-user needs through up-front and end-user research/testing;
- Structure and label the information architecture, wireframing the final outcome to demonstrate the look and feel of the experience;
- Own and optimise the user journeys/user experience across the digital platforms, with an objective of enhancing CRO;
- Create interactive prototypes to enhance the products and further demonstrate the user experience;
- Facilitate UX workshops alongside product and other functions within the business;
- Improve the experience of existing products as well as help shape future products coming to market;
- Champion UX at the business and help build out the discipline internally;
- Actively contribute to the future, working alongside the Senior Product Manager and Head of Strategy to help inform the product vision.

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Possess a Bachelor degree or equivalent with 2+ years experience as a UX/Product designer or similar with a strong portfolio that is UX focussed and UI enabled;
- Expertise in visual communication design, wireframe design, UI creation, prototype development and user testing is essential;
- Be experienced with A/B testing and CRO; designing for websites, apps and other touchpoints with a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design;
- Highly developed analytical, conceptual and a natural problem-solver;
- Comfortable working productively in a fast paced and agile environment;
- Be a strong and collaborative team player, able to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to meet goals and targets;
- Have an advanced knowledge of UX/UI software - Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketch, InVision, User Testing tools and alike;
- Be able to efficiently manage timelines and work to strict deadlines;
- Proven track record of working with development teams using agile methodology;
- Experience in working across all aspects of the product cycle from ideation to creation, launch, and improvement in a high-tech environment;
- Have an innovative and forward-looking mindset;
- Experience working for an online marketplace brand/business a plus.
