A global firm has briefed **KBE Legal Talent** exclusively to build the Perth partnership into a market leader in Western Australia.

We seek established Partners and experienced SAs/SCs with backgrounds in Workplace relations and Employment, in addition to Partners and SAs/SCs across a range of other specialist practice groups.

The firm is recognised as a global market leader and is looking to rapidly grow their presence in the Perth market, using a highly innovative approach to sharing work between offices and with one of the best cultures in Australia. The ideal Partners or SCs/SAs will have significant experience working at a top/mid-tier or leading boutique firm, with expertise across:

- Employment contracts, awards and policies
- Workplace investigations, equal opportunity and workplace rights
- Recruitment issues, performance and conduct issues, and terminations
- OH&S matters
- Industrial action and disputes
- Related litigation and dispute resolution

We are looking to speak with experienced Partners seeking a role with one of the fastest growing firms in Perth or SCs/SAs looking to step into Partner positions as part of a lateral move. You will be looking for a new challenge, ideally with the ability to win the trust of the firm’s key clients and manage a talented team of mid-level and junior lawyers.
