Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Quantity Surveyor located in Perth, WA. The Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The role involves daily tasks such as assessing project costs, preparing financial reports, and ensuring that all expenditures adhere to the budget.

The candidate will deal directly with the client and SCS on site team to deliver a seamless project and EOM progress claims tagets

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
  • Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Proficiency in Cost Reporting
  • Experience in contract administration on site
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in the FRP or construction industry is essential
  • 3 years experience in a similar field
