WISE Employment is seeking a driven, solution-oriented aspiring leader to support our operations team in Victoria Park. You will be support our business manager in our Workforce Australia team to help drive performance and community connections.   • Have full Australian working rights
  • Hold a full Australian driver's license
  • Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
  • Be able to pass a Working with Children Check

A day in the role involves…

  • Reviewing reports and insights to identify site-specific opportunities or operational needs
  • Creating an engagement strategy and ensuring compliance is upheld
  • Ensuring all compliance administration have been actioned daily, e.g. NFAs, actions required, PBAS and job search quality
  • Responsible for training and development of new staff plus onboarding
  • Hosting Buzz meetings in collaboration with the site manager
  • Supporting the site manager with execution of business strategies aligned with our business goals and KPIs
