WISE Employment is seeking a driven, solution-oriented aspiring leader to support our operations team in Victoria Park. You will be support our business manager in our Workforce Australia team to help drive performance and community connections. We value individuals who go the extra mile, possess excellent communication skills, and can maintain composure under pressure.

To be considered, you must:

  • Have full Australian working rights
  • Hold a full Australian driver's license
  • Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
  • Be able to pass a Working with Children Check

A day in the role involves…

  • Reviewing reports and insights to identify site-specific opportunities or operational needs
  • Creating an engagement strategy and ensuring compliance is upheld
  • Ensuring all compliance administration have been actioned daily, e.g. NFAs, actions required, PBAS and job search quality
  • Responsible for training and development of new staff plus onboarding
  • Hosting Buzz meetings in collaboration with the site manager
  • Supporting the site manager with execution of business strategies aligned with our business goals and KPIs
