KBE Legal Talent has been briefed to secure a Corporate Law Partner or SC/SA to join a long established, market leading national law firm.

This opportunity would suit established Corporate Law Partners with exposure to public M&A, large private M&A, ECM and related corporate/commercial law matters.

Working alongside highly regarded Corporate Partners with the full support of a collegiate team of juniors, you will advise public/private clients across:

- M&A
- ECM including IPO's and rights issues
- Directors' Duties
- Shareholder and Joint Venture Agreements
- Due Diligence Enquiries
- Corporate Governance
- ASIC enquiries and investigations
- Related Party Transactions

We are interested in speaking with experienced Corporate Law Partners and aspiring Senior Associates/Special Counsel from national/international and leading boutique firms.

The Partnership of this firm is supportive with an exceptional salary on offer. If you have some form of transportable client base/network, then you will have an excellent opportunity to further build your Corporate/M&A/ECM practice with a very high level of autonomy and the full support of the firm.
