**KBE Legal Talent** has been exclusively briefed by a global firm to build the Perth partnership into a market leader in Western Australia.

We are seeking established Partners and experienced SAs/SCs with backgrounds in Property and Real Estate, in addition to Partners and SAs/SCs across a range of other specialist practice groups.

The firm is recognised as a global market leader and is looking to rapidly grow their presence in the Perth market, using a highly innovative approach to sharing work between offices and with one of the best cultures in Australia. The ideal Partners or SCs/SAs will have significant experience working at a top/mid-tier or leading boutique firm, with experience across:

- Property Development
- Project funding
- Due diligence investigations
- Land access and compensation claims,
- Strata titling/broad acre subdivisions
- Major property transactions
- Leasing
- Sale and purchase of commercial, industrial and crown leasehold properties

We are looking to speak with experienced Partners who are seeking a role with one of the fastest growing firms in Perth or SCs/SAs who are looking to step into Partner positions as part of a lateral move. You will be looking for a new challenge, ideally with the ability to win the trust of the firm’s key clients and manage a talented team of mid-level and junior lawyers.
