KBE Legal Talent has been engaged by one of the Australia’s top law firms to secure a leading Construction Law Partner, Special Counsel or Senior Associate.

You will play a leadership role within an integrated national team of senior lawyers and market leading Partners, providing advice to major Australian and multinational corporations, government clients, principals and contractors.
- Construction, infrastructure and engineering projects, from feasibility through to operations and dispute management
- Third party rights and agreements
- Construction contracts
- Market risks and strategic objections
- Construction litigation strategy, dispute avoidance and resolution

This position would suit an experienced Construction Partner or SC/SA who is facing a glass ceiling and striving for partnership. Ideally, you will possess extensive experience in both front and back-and matters, however strong experience in one or the other will also see you succeed in this group.

The ability to lead a team and win the trust of clients is key.

A relatively mínimal transportable fee base of $200K+ is required for this firm.
