**Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients
- Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support team members
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved
- Assist with other IT-related tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
