**Our Purpose**

United for Care offers independent living in our Vertical Villages, enabling members of our community to live in their own apartment with 24-hour support. Our team are passionate and dedicated to innovation in the disability sector, in line with our purpose of improving quality of life for the vulnerable, and those living with disability.

**The Position**

The **Head of Marketing **will be responsible for designing, leading and executing all aspects of Marketing and Brand initiatives, aligned to our strategic plan. You will work in close partnership with key stakeholders across the UFC group of companies (Vertika, United Foundation, The Unity Project, and others in development) to drive marketing and brand activities in each business.

You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring across the suite of marketing activity.

We are seeking an experienced motivated individual who has:
***Proven experience in building and executing marketing and brand strategy, ideally from disability, healthcare or other related field

***Strong leadership and team management skills together with excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal abilities

***Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation

***A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or other related field
