**Working in our Customer Care team**
Our Customer Care Agents assist customers who have indicated they are looking at cancelling their policy or have missed payments on their policy. In each case, providing exceptional customer service to gain an understanding for the reason for their requests along with providing solutions aimed to assist them.
**What you will bring to the team**
- A range of experience in a Customer Care/Support/Sales Contact Centre environment
- Proven experience showing the ability to effectively communicate the features and benefits of a policy
- Well-developed ability to understand and address issues raised by customers and ability to provide solutions to suit customer needs which are in line with business
- Proven empathetic nature towards customers combined with the ability to address and defuse customer concerns/complaints
- You will work Monday to Friday on rotating shifts between our core hours 8am - 8pm

**Our commitment to your development**
Upon commencement you will complete our role specific in-house training program to set you up for success in your role. This includes comprehensive product knowledge, as well as in-class and 1:1 training in sales.
Throughout your career with us we offer continuous support and training to help you develop and succeed in the role - from frequent catch ups with your manager, to weekly call reviews with your team and a dedicated coaching squad.
There are also regular 'up skill' sessions with our L&D team and sponsorship and renewal of your LLQP.
