**Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently & remain within their own homes**:

- Support Worker Positions available for the **provision of Personal Support Services**:

- **Permanent Part-Time contracts** available with** hourly rate of $32.56p/h + 11.5% super**:

- Travel Allowance of **$0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time** between clients
- We have 2 opportunities to join our growing team for either of the below areas:

- **Morisset NSW **location and surrounding suburbs including** Balcolyn, Bonnells Bay, Brightwater, Cooranbong, Dora Creek, Earing, Martinville, Mandalong, Mirabook, Silverwater, Sunshine, Windermere Park & Yarrawonga Park **OR**
- **Toronto NSW **location and surrounding suburbs including** Arcadia Vale, Awaba, Balmoral, Blackalls Park, Bolton Point, Booragul, Buttaba, Carey Bay, Coal Point, Fishing Point, Kilaben Bay, Rathmines, Wangi Wangi, Woodrising, Fennell Bay & Fassifern.**

**Key Requirements**:

- Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
- Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19
- Flexibility to work rosters between 7am to 7pm between Monday to Friday (availability for an occassional weekend is a bonus but not essential)
- **Must have** a minimum 12 months experience in delivering Personal Care and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support

**Your New Role**:

- **Personal Care**: Personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime & medication prompting
- **Help at Home**: such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation & assisted dressing
- **Transport**: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
- **Client Awareness**:such as social interaction, client observations & ongoing training & support
