**Description**:
**The Role**:
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint an engaging hospitality professional to a permanent Cold Larder role at our aged care residence in Toronto, NSW.
**Roster**:
1) Mon - Fri - 7.00am - 2.30pm
2) Sat - Sun - 7.00am - 2.30pm
**What This Role Involves**:
Preparing and serving meals
Re-stocking as required
Special diet modifications including allergies/intolerances, supplements and texture modified purees
Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices
Assisting the broader team as required
Preparing and presenting texture-modified foods
**Skills and Experiences**:
Previous experience in kitchens, food preparation and/or customer service
Experience in aged care or catering is an advantage but not necessary
A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
