**About Us**

Hero Plane Pty Ltd is an emerging Australian-based company specialising in the manufacturing of premium aircraft models, aviation gifts, and promotional items for global airlines, corporate clients and aviation collectors. As we expand our market reach, we are seeking a talented **Sales and Marketing Manager** to lead our sales efforts and grow brand visibility both locally and internationally.

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and enhance brand awareness. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, combining creativity, analytical thinking, and commercial insight.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients, including airlines and corporate partners
- Identify new business opportunities and lead B2B and B2C sales efforts
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, social media, and online store activities
- Organise trade show participation, product launches, and promotional events
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales and marketing strategies
- Manage sales and marketing budgets and initiatives
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels

**Qualifications Required**
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in marketing tools and digital marketing platforms
- Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
- Creative mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Mac OS.

**Work Experienced Required**
- Minimum 5 years of full-time experience in sales and marketing management, preferred in the aviation industry
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing B2B and B2C sales, and achieving revenue target
- Experience in handling international clients, particularly in the aviation or promotional product sector is highly regarded
