We are committed to driving synergy across our brands and are seeking a capable and strategic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our group-wide sales and marketing activities.
About the Role
As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in leading the sales and marketing efforts across our diverse subsidiaries. You will be responsible for developing and executing cohesive, data-driven strategies that strengthen brand identity, drive revenue growth, and support expansion across Australia, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Thailand, and the UAE. This is a key leadership position that demands strategic vision, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to translate market insights into measurable outcomes across multiple industries and regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute group-wide sales and marketing strategies across multiple sectors, including migration law, travel and tourism, IT solutions, property maintenance, English language education, and research and development.
- Plan and implement integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns tailored to each business unit’s unique audience and service offering, using digital, content, and traditional media to drive brand visibility and lead generation.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, inform strategic planning, and support commercial decision-making across domestic and international markets, particularly in Australia, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Thailand, and the UAE.
- Oversee brand messaging and visual identity across all subsidiaries to ensure consistency, professionalism, and alignment with Pivotal Dynamics’ overall corporate image.
- Drive sales performance through targeted initiatives and lead funnel development.
- Grow and maintain strategic industry partnerships to support business development, referral networks, and co-branded initiatives that enhance market access and brand authority.
- Lead client engagement and retention strategies, including personalised communication, feedback mechanisms, and lifecycle marketing to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Track and report on campaign outcomes and sales metrics, leveraging CRM tools and analytics to evaluate return on investment and inform continuous improvement.
- Support the launch and market positioning of new ventures and offshore expansions.
- Lead and develop our internal sales and marketing team, fostering collaboration, capability building, and alignment with the group’s long-term strategic goals.
About You
- A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Sales and Marketing, and at least three (3) years of experience in a comparable sales and marketing management role
- If no formal qualification, at least five (5) years of experience in a comparable sales and marketing management role
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-brand or multi-entity marketing initiatives
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytical tools
- Proven track record of successful marketing strategy development and implementation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience working across international markets
