- **THE ROLE**:_

You will direct our team in creating and putting into practise efficient digital marketing strategies to meet the company's marketing goals in your capacity as our marketing team leader. This is essential for managing the team's activities, fostering teamwork, and maximising digital marketing endeavours.
- **Developing a strategy** - Work with the team to establish a coordinated strategic course for all education, marketing, and content production.
- **Brand Recognition and Reputation** - Corporate Image, Brand Development, Support for Educational Content Creation, Coaching & Mentoring Programmes.
- **Lead Generation and Conversion**:

- Work with the sales team to create leads and refine digital marketing initiatives to increase lead conversion rates and sales performance overall.
- **Reporting and Communication** - Provide the management team with frequent reporting on the success of digital marketing campaigns. Effectively convey developments, difficulties, and chances.
- **Continual Improvement** - Encourage a culture of continual improvement within the team by drawing on the team's prior successes and aiming for novel solutions.
- **Social Media Engagement** - Grow our online presence and produce storytelling tactics (Podcasts, Reels, YouTube). Campaigns using case studies and client testimonials to provide social proof.
- **Client support** - Increase the range of marketing services we offer to better serve our clients.
- **About you**:_Does the following describes you?

Ideally, you demonstrate at least three years of social media and all-round marketing experience, technical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for staying at the forefront of digital marketing trends and strategies.
- Marketing brain with an eye for creativity and metrics.
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation software.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities; and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Track record of success creating marketing strategies and campaigns
- Highly skilled in the usage of social media sites including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and Twitter as well as WordPress, MailChimp, and Microsoft Office.

You presently oversee the marketing department or are employed by a digital marketing agency, and you are equipped to manage a small, productive staff.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
