Job description

We are growing and in need of additional amazing staff in our Customer Service Department.

The role encompasses:

- Process and follow up customer orders in a speedy manner
- Liaison and support for internal warehouse in organising orders, providing order ETAs
- Assist Managing Director and National Sales Director with generating new sales leads and general sales support
- Following up enquiries and leads from our sales and marketing campaigns
- Actively making suggestions to management with opportunities for company and systems improvement

Must be a permanent Australian-resident

Experience required:

- A minimum 2-3 years experience in Customer Service and Sales
- Previous experience within Medical and Healthcare industry desired but not essential
- A solid understanding of NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) would be beneficial
- Strong team player who takes initiative and contributes to a positive and motivated team
- Must have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Problem solver and solutions focused
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport
- Ability to show empathy and remain calm under pressure
- A fantastic, can-do attitude and passion for helping others

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000/per year + Superannuation

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
