**About the Role**:
Our Queensland Government client is seeking an excellent Trainer & Change Analyst who will play a key role in delivering training services for a large transformation Program. The Trainer will ensure a successful transition and implementation of the Program and contributes to benefits realisation, change coordination, capability development, and organisational business readiness.

This role has a strong training development and delivery focus. However, previous hands-on experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, and self-starting, flexible approach will assist you to be successful in the role.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Analyse, design, develop, deliver, and assess training via a range of delivery channels, managing scheduling, attendance, and completions
- Use instructional design capabilities to create training content and appropriate learning activities.
- Undertake administrative tasks relevant to the change program and training delivery according to the department’s objectives and with good governance practices in mind.
- Contribute to the implementation of the change management plan and client’s Organisational Change management (OCM) framework.
- Support delivery of change program activities, including communication (key messaging) and capability initiatives and assisting the Change Manager in preparing and facilitating a range of workshops, readiness sessions, and coaching sessions
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and change champions to promote new ways of working within business units across Queensland.
- Engage with the change champions to monitor organisational change impacts, enable benefits realisation, and assess local business readiness needs.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Certificate IV Training and Assessment highly regarded.
- Instructional design backgrounds would be highly regarded.
- Strong experience creating and delivering training material across various platforms and delivery methods is essential.
- Strong change management skills.
- Previous Queensland Government experience or large and complex organisations very highly regarded.
- Experience in an Agile way of working environment.
