Role Description

We are looking for a
Junior Digital Marketing Specialist
who is
self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn
. You'll support a wide variety of digital marketing initiatives, including content creation, campaign support, analytics, and lead generation.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their skills quickly in a hands-on environment, working directly with the Chief Marketing Officer and contributing to the success of a globally recognised consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support
    : Assist in planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms.
  • Social Media
    : Create, schedule, and monitor posts across LinkedIn to engage with our B2B audience.
  • Email Marketing
    : Support the development of email campaigns to nurture leads and promote thought leadership.
  • Content Creation
    : Produce high-quality written and visual content for website, newsletters, case studies, and promotional materials.
  • Website Updates
    : Help maintain and update the Ingenuity website on Webflow.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    : Track marketing KPIs (CTR, conversions, engagement), prepare reports, and share insights with the Marketing Manager.
  • Coordination & Organisation
    : Manage day-to-day marketing tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns stay on track.
  • Learning & Growth
    : Stay updated on digital marketing best practices and bring fresh ideas to the table.

About You

  • 0–2 years of marketing experience, or relevant coursework/internship.
  • A self-starter who is motivated, curious, and eager to learn.
  • Strong interest in
    B2B marketing
    and building brand presence across digital channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Klaviyo (or similar), and Webflow is a plus (training provided).
  • Comfortable working independently while taking direction directly from the CMO.
