**JOB SUMMARY**
Get ready to take your sales career to the next level We're looking for a results-driven and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team and lead the charge in growing revenue and profit through direct retail fragrance product sales in assigned ADI (Areas of Dominance).
And that's not all - you'll also harness your social selling and cold calling skills to generate leads in focused verticals, including gaming, retail, hospitality, hotels, and facilities management. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations & Supply Chain, Marketing, and Customer Care to resolve major and complex operational issues and ensure continuous business growth.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Actively pursue acquisition of National, Global and Regional Strategic Accounts in the targeted verticals / territories
- Create Demand for Business to Meet Revenue Targets
- Optimize Lead Conversion Rate and work collaboratively with ScentAir’s Marketing team
- Engage targeted National, Global and Regional Strategic Accounts with all levels of stakeholders and remain in regular contact to understand their business needs and identify buying behaviour.
- Work with the ScentAir internal teams to develop a winning culture and embed the culture of accountability in daily activities.
- Ensure initiatives cascaded by APAC Vice President and Country General Manager within the geography are implemented
- Collaborate with Sales Support & Inside Sales personnel and Technical Service Team to improve attrition rate
- Build an opportunity pipeline using Salesforce to provide transparent and up-to-date view of new sales opportunities and account renewals
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:
- University degree. High proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Minimum 6 year of sales experience in business-to-business environment
- Experience in Retail and Hospitality verticals is preferred. Hotel vertical experience is an advantage.
- Strong Strategic or Key Account Management skills, with solution selling experience (not transactional selling).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across the business.
- Identifying problems, drawing connections from various pieces of data, and taking action to solve problems proactively.
- Result oriented, outgoing personality, presentable.
- Confident in communicating with various levels of customer organisation.
- Understanding / articulating relevant business / technical trends to others clearly and understood by the audience.
- Sound business and financial acumen with ability to relate decisions to business impacts.
- Working independently to manage one’s own time and resources to meet or exceed set objectives.
- Communicate efficiently and effectively to superior and colleagues in all functions required.
- The ability to work efficiently from your remote home office
