Specifically, we’re looking for a Administration Officer with qualifications and/or experience in administration and high level organisational skills, with the ability to work across multiple tasks and balance workload priorities. Someone with effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills, including the ability to draft quality correspondence such as minutes and agenda’s with attention to detail and to a professional standard. Here at Justice Health NSW, the Administration Officer (A03) - SCCLS provides a wide range of clerical and administrative support to the Clinical Director, Operations Manager, Data and Administrator Coordinator, Court Liaison Officers, Aboriginal Court Liaison Officers and Forensic Psychiatrists within the Statewide Community and Court Liaison Service (SCCLS) to ensure administrative tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner. The Data and Administration Coordinator will work within Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network (JH&FMHN) and Ministry of Health policies, procedures and guidelines as well as Corrective Services NSW or Juvenile Justice NSW rules and regulations as set out in the relevant legislation.

- An aptitude for acquiring new skills in customised software (e.g. HPRM desktop, iProcurement, Recruitment on Board (ROB), StaffLink and Health Roster.
- Demonstrated a customer-service approach to communicate with stakeholders, managing conflict professionally and with a solution-focused approach to issues
