
Office Administrator/ Showroom Assistant

We are a family-owned business looking for a hard-working reliable office administrator/ showroom assistant to join our growing team. Available to start immediately.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Prepare invoices and orders for delivery
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Filing and record keeping
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
Must Have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience with customer service
- Proficient in MYOB or similar accounting system
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Flexibility in managing various tasks
**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- MYOB or similar: 2 years (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Work Location: In person
