**About the Role**
As our Scheduler / Rostering Officer, you’ll play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality care by:
- Coordinating and maintaining efficient staff rosters
- Matching support workers to participants based on compatibility
- Handling last-minute shift changes and staff availability
- Communicating with staff, participants, and external stakeholders
- Keeping accurate records and supporting compliance with NDIS standards
**What You’ll Bring**
- Experience in rostering, admin, or scheduling, ideally in the disability or community services sector
- Excellent organisation, multitasking, and communication skills
- Familiarity with software like Deputy (or a willingness to learn)
- Understanding of confidentiality and NDIS principles
- Availability for a rotating on-call roster, including some weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
