About the Role

As an Estimator/Project Coordinator, you'll be a key player in the day-to-day operations, responsible for estimating and coordinating a range of window furnishing projects from quotation through to installation. You will liaise with stakeholders on-site and in the showroom, ensuring every project is delivered with care, precision, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate quotes/tenders and documentation based on site visits and plans

  • Attend client meetings, showroom appointments, and site visits

  • Coordinate project timelines, manage installation progress, and provide regular client updates

  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors

  • Ensure compliance with OH&S requirements and documentation

  • Work closely with office staff to maintain seamless communication and workflow

  • Manage purchase orders and job documentation

  • Deliver exceptional customer service from project initiation to completion

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in the window furnishings industry is preferred

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to read and interpret building plans (desirable)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • A professional, client-focused attitude

  • Valid Australian work rights

  • Full, current Australian driver's licence

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
