**What We Offer**:

- **Flexible Part-Time Hours**: Shifts are available Monday to Friday, with morning hours (7:30am-11:30am) and evening hours (2:30pm-7:00pm).
- **Steady Workload**: Start with 10-15 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours in the future.
- **Convenient Location**: Based at our Woden practice, with occasional opportunities to assist at our Crace practice.

**What You’ll Do**: As a Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our practice runs smoothly and our patients receive the best care possible. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Booking appointments and building positive relationships with patients.
- Handling payments, balancing accounts, and assisting with financial agreements.
- Supporting our chiropractors to maintain a seamless office flow.
- Educating and engaging with our patients to foster their health journeys.
- A passion for health and wellness.
- A knack for delivering exceptional customer service to patients of all ages.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly phone manner.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in administration and/or customer service (preferred, but not essential).
- A positive attitude and high energy to thrive in a busy environment.

**Pay Rate**: $31 - $33 per hour **Expected Hours**: 10 - 15 per week
