**About the Company**

Located in Horsley Park, this is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist.

**About the role**
- Working in a small team, you will work in closely with the Customer Service Team Leader to ensure superior levels of service is provided at all time
- Support the team with Order Management and Customer enquiries

**About you**
- 1-2 years’ experience within a fast paced, customer service position, ideally in a call centre environment
- Experience working for businesses delivering a product to market is essential
- You will be committed, results driven, approachable and above all, hold the customer’s queries in the highest regard; ensuring quality of service You will be available to cover a rotating roster Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm is delivered constantly
- Operations and transport and logistics knowledge
- Experience with Oracle/SAP order management systems
- Data Entry skills
- Forward-thinker with the ability to problem solve.
