We are currently seeking someone to head up our** PMO and Project Controls team **who will be responsible for providing project delivery support to Programme teams and provide leadership and guidance to the regional PMO team members, enables consistent ways of working across programmes and projects in their region and works to elevate Project Management professionalism and effective project delivery.

**In this role you will**:

- Be a member of the Regional Leadership Team
- Assess current PMO capability and set up project delivery frameworks to improve productivity and performance
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Management Team
- Contribute to the production of strategy, innovation and sustainability business objectives
- Ensure the region operates to and maintains the highest professional technical and project management standards
- Manage project risks associated with regional project delivery and the regional project portfolio
- Embed PMO frameworks to manage processes like; work at risk, contract change, change resolution, project contingency, project purchasing, project profitability and project cash
- Build a culture within the regional PMO function that model's effective behavior, celebrates success and drives continuous improvement

**Relevant Education, Experience, and Skills**:

- Certification with a professional Project Management body
- Demonstrated strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong project delivery technical skills and problem-solving skills
- Developmental and innovation mindset
- Demonstrated continuous improvement capability
