**About You**

You will bring with you a strong analytical mind and trouble shooting skills to solve technically and commercially challenging problems, with solid accountability for decision making and implementation.

You will demonstrate solid stakeholder engagement and management skills along with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Experience in a global multi-national will be beneficial in this role.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, this role will be responsible for:

- Working closely with the Engineering Manager to ensure continuous improvement of Maintenance Practices and KPI’s and identify areas of concern and focus.
- Provide Training and Support of maintenance CMMS (UpKeep) system users to ensure optimum use and that the full potential is being realized.
- Maintain an accurate Asset Register in maintenance CMMS (UpKeep) system and ensure work orders are confirmed and closed routinely. Escalate issues to Engineering Manager
- Use statistical methods to analyze equipment performance and failure data to determine the need for adjustments in Preventative Maintenance plans.
- Work towards having all assets and spare parts catalogued and maintained in maintenance CMMS (UpKeep) system and robust Preventative Maintenance routines developed for each asset.
