About The Role
We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to provide relief coverage for one of our key clients' planning teams. You'll support both surface and underground operations, ensuring maintenance activities continue smoothly during a planned absence period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities for heavy mobile equipment (HME) and/or underground assets.
  • Use PRONTO to develop, update, and track work orders and schedules.
  • Support maintenance execution teams by coordinating materials, resources, and task readiness.
  • Ensure alignment with site work management processes and operational requirements.
  • Maintain communication with supervisors, planners, and execution teams to meet schedule compliance targets.

About You
You're an experienced maintenance planner familiar with mining or heavy industry environments. You understand the work management cycle from planning to execution and can quickly adapt to site systems and teams.

  • PRONTO experience is essential.
  • Background in HME or underground maintenance planning preferred.
  • Strong understanding of work management and maintenance processes.
  • Must have the right to work in Australia.
