We are seeking an experienced
Delivery Lead
to oversee high-profile IT and commercial initiatives, including
overbooking optimisation
and
Google Pay integration
. You will lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of multiple IT and commercial projects, managing schedules, risks, and resources.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams to resolve issues and dependencies.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate meetings, steering committees, and progress reporting.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, driving collaboration and performance.
  • Support change management and adoption activities to ensure successful project implementation.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Lead or Project Manager on IT-enabled commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Experience with commercial systems, customer platforms, booking, or payments is highly regarded.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively remotely while maintaining team engagement and delivery focus.

Contract Details

  • Rate: $965 per day
  • Duration: 12 months
  • Work Arrangement: Remote / Work from Home
  • Start: ASAP
