**ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND THE ROLE**
Our client is one of Australia's fasted growing privately owned fibre to premises operators. They provide ultra-fast broadband services in high density residential and commercial areas. Due to growth within the business, they require a solution focussed & driven Commercial Sales & Account Manager.
**KEY RESPONSIBILTIES**
Working closely with the Head of Sales, the marketing team, the infrastructure delivery team and customer service teams, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Manage a portfolio of existing commercial clients, including being first point of contact for customer service and new sales opportunities;
- Manage existing key RSP/MSP relationships with aim to continue to build those relationships and bring in additional sales;
- Pro-actively target new commercial sales within or close to the existing network footprint;
- Liaise with internal departments (network operations, connections and accounts teams) to ensure that clients get the best customer service experience;
- Support the broader sales and marketing team in increasing residential, commercial and enterprise sales;
- Maintain a current knowledge on new products, competitive products and other general market information of interest or value to customers;
- Monitor and report on plans, spends and outcomes on a regular basis;
- Proactively explore and drive opportunities to add to revenue and ROI from activation efforts.
**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Have a minimum of 2 years in a commercial sales and account management role;
- Possess knowledge, experience and pre-existing relationships in the telco/internet sector will be highly regarded;
- Exceptional customer relationship skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels;
- Be able to explain technological concepts in simple everyday terms;
- Intermediate level of computer proficiency;
- Innovative and proactive approach;
- Team player and good problem solving abilities.
