You will deliver engaging leaning and development (L&D) practices to meet the objectives of the business and work alongside key stakeholders to understand their learning requirements.

**The Role**

You will deliver engaging leaning and development (L&D) practices to meet the objectives of the business and work alongside key stakeholders to understand their learning requirements.

**The Duties**
- Develop and coach managers to support and encourage learning in the business.
- Use stakeholders feedback to improve the L&D service and find new and better ways to operate.
- Collaborate with HR for remedial training options.
- Identify and analyse training needs and gaps in the business.
- Design training profiles with stakeholders, identifying both mandatory and role specific training.
- Provide ongoing reporting and analysis of L&D activities.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of L&D trends and best practice.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, in both virtual, blended and classroom environments.
- Design, facilitate, and implement high quality learning programs to meet organisational and employee needs.

**Required skills and experience**
- Capability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work as an effective team member and individually
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing learning solutions and training materials
- Experience with L&D methods
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Preferred tertiary qualification in learning and development, HR or similar
