We are currently looking for a Learning & Development Specialist (Known as a Learning Experience Partner here at Cashie's) to join us in our Perth Head Office in a Full Time capacity.

**About the role**
- Assist in developing and implementing a consistent learning framework that delivers on business goals and enhances employee capability.
- Support the implementation of technology solutions that enable effective learning outcomes across the organisation.
- Collaborate with the Learning Administrators to ensure smooth coordination and logistics for all training sessions, both in-person and virtual.
- Design, develop, and evaluate training programs that address corporate and franchise needs, ensuring consistency across the employee lifecycle.
- Assist in managing and maintaining learning and capability platforms, ensuring they are aligned with organisational needs.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team to develop frameworks that enable career progression and leadership development.

**About you**
- Ideally you will hold a tertiary qualification in Education, Training & Assessment, Human Resources or related field.
- Have demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles, with experience designing engaging and effective learning solutions.
- Be experienced in creating programs that blend different learning methods (in-person, digital, experiential).
- Show proficiency with learning platforms and a willingness to stay updated with technological advancements in the L&D space.
- Have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
