**About the company**

Our client is working with Curtis Partnership to find a Property Analyst/University Graduate to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills further while working in a dynamic, multi-faceted environment for a private company in Sydney

**Duties & Responsibilities**

The Property Analyst/University Graduate duties will include:

- Corporate communications
- Research and market analysis
- External and Internal Communications
- Relationship maintenance and building
- Responding to business proposals
- Reporting
- Stakeholder engagement

This role will also require analytical and numerical skills and travel within the Sydney area, so a car and drivers’ licence are required. Generous car allowance and car space provided.

**Skills & Experience**

To be successful in this role you will have a degree in Commerce/Law/Property with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ideally you will have a curious mindset and love working with others to deliver results. Extensive industry training provided for the successful applicant as well as opportunities for future leadership.
