**The Role**
This is an opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator to take the next steps in their career. This position will play a critical role in the successful roll-out of Salesforce throughout out AutoGlass network, as well as being a key support post implementation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with roll out of Salesforce Field Service, including training of branch teams, and initial technician and branch set up
- Supporting our branch teams after they have rolled onto the new scheduling system
- Monitoring and adjusting the Salesforce created schedule to maximise the amount of appointments scheduled.
- Monitoring technician utilisation, coming up with suggestions for improvement, and working with branch teams to implement
- Identifying potential system issues, as well as areas of system or process improvement
- Collaborating with project team, external vendors, internal customers and support teams
- Part time position 22 hours / week
**What we are looking for**
We are seeking the right individual who has traits and competencies to take accountability, reflectively engage with stakeholders and driver outcomes.
- Strong attention to detail
- High degree of independent thinking and analytical skills
- Problem solver and being able to think outside of the box
- Proactive and engaging, internal customer oriented; be able to communicate to a broad audience
- Able to learn quickly and pick up new IT systems and processes
- Experience with Sales Force Field Service or another Field Service software is preferred
