**About the role**:
The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the implementation of O’Brien® marketing strategy across various channels. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will work closely with all Marketing team members, our trusted suppliers, and key leaders across the business and the three divisions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Assist with the planning, briefing, launch and reporting of product campaigns;
- Assist with social media content, contribute ideas, write/edit blogs, update calendar and provide reporting;
- Support the marketing team in the preparation of reports and analysis on marketing and sales metrics;
- Assist with the creation, refresh and distribution of marketing materials;
- Audit our brand usage across the business and support changes; and
- Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the marketing team

**About you**:

- You must studying or have degree qualification in Business, Commerce or Similar;
- up to 2 years' experience in a marketing or administrative support role;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Eager to learn and develop and contribute
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
