**About the role**
- **Clinical Expertise**: Perform routine and specialized haematology tests, including haemostasis and transfusion medicine procedures, ensuring accurate results for patient care.
- **Lab Operations**: Operate and maintain state-of-the-art laboratory equipment, ensuring adherence to quality control standards and troubleshooting issues when necessary.
- **Data Management**: Record and analyze test results, managing laboratory information systems for accurate and timely reporting.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with senior laboratory staff and other healthcare professionals, contributing to team goals and supporting clinical decision-making.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of laboratory performance and personal growth.

**About you**Qualifications**: Diploma of Health Science (Pathology Techniques) or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Recent hands-on experience in Haematology, Haemostasis, or Transfusion Medicine. Morphology experience will be an added advantage.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using lab information systems, ensuring smooth operations and accurate data management.
- **Team & Independent Work**: Strong ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team setting, adapting to various work dynamics.
- **Communication & Professional Growth**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong commitment to ongoing personal and professional development. Ability to participate in a 24/7 rotating shift roster.
